Completion Reporting

  • BlueVolt reports completions to Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors every business day.

Requirements

  • Residential and Commercial Contractors: Six (6) hours of continuing education for are required each year. Effective Jan 1, 2026, 5 of the 6 hours earned must be classification/industry related. Licensees are requried to maintain their training certificates for 3 years.
