Completion Reporting

  • BlueVolt reports completions to Oregon BCD on every business day.
Note: Special Rules for Oregon Provisional Licenses, including Apprentices. Before you take a course, update your BlueVolt profile to add an Oregon license and enter the word “PROVISIONAL” as the license number. When you complete the course, download the completion certificate from the transcript tab in your BlueVolt profile and submit that certificate to Oregon. When you receive your license, be sure to update your BlueVolt profile with your license number and expiration date.
