Completion Reporting

  • BlueVolt reports completions to Utah DOPL every business day.
Note: Utah DOPL accepts BlueVolt courses for licenses ending 5502, 5503, 5504, 5505, 5506 only.

Requirements

  • An Electrician Licensee must complete 16 hours of continuing education course work;
    • 8 hour minimum code related/code change
    • 4 hour required NFPA 70E
    • remaining 4 hours core or professional
  • Licenses expire on November 30 of even years.
